First Generation

First Season

The first season was basically an introduction of all the characters in theplot. Each episode, focused on a different character, always starting from the point of view it (a). We follow the first episode Tony’s struggle to make his best friend, Sid, lose his virginity. We found that Sid is secretlyin love with Michelle, the girlfriend of his best friend, Tony. This love triangle becomes one of the leading pilots of the season culminating in several events. The complex situation of Cassie, described in hisepisode, reveals how fragile and vulnerable it is. Chris’s involvement with Angie, the classroom teacher, is also discussed. The friendship betweenMaxxie and Anwar is also put to the test because the religion of not accepting Anwar Maxxie’s sexuality. In almost every episode, is also accompanied the families of the characters and the relationshipsbetween them. Several parties are inserted, with the individual journey of each character. The season ends with the cast singing the song “Wild World” by Cat Stevens.

Second Generation

Season Three

All characters leave, except Effy Stonem (played by Kaya Scodelario)and Pandora Moon (played by Lisa Backwell), which appeared in anepisode of the season. The characters are: Elizabeth Stonem (EffyStonem), Pandora Moon, Naomi Campbell, James Cook, Freddie MCLA, JJ (Jonah Jeremiah Jones), Katie Fitch, Thomas and Emily FitchTomone.

Freddie, Cook and JJ are friends since childhood and never drifted apart to change their destinies. When three know Effy Stonem, fall in love withher. Pandora Moon is a sweet girl, that most of the things he says, knowsthat there are two ways a stranger and know: Thomas, an African Congo who tries to win a better life, and with the help of the gang, sell drugs inparty. Katie and Emily are twins, but completely different. Katie is apopular school, is very direct and likes to stand out. Already Emily seems to be more shy and demure of the group, which, in essence, hiding a big secret: she is a lesbian and former flame Naomi Campbell returns to school. JJ has a disease and when something annoys you, it starts to get mad and scared, as your hobby is doing magic tricks. Freddie is a guy who tries to pursue happiness in skateboarding, and not stand to seeKaren, his sister, trying to achieve his dream of singing. James Cook is the most liberal of the group, the most charismatic, drinks too much, depends on many drugs and does not care about anything, he spendsthe whole season sleeping with Effy just because you can, but falls in love with her. Effy is the key to love Freddie, JJ and Cook, and she mustdecide. But does she have so many problems that she will find the rightguy?

Fourth Season

Three months pass, and the group is totally changed. The story becomes more serious, dramatic and dark. In the very first episode, a girl, Sophie Loren, appears committing suicide at a party - where are all the characters except Effy, who disappears for a time after the end of the season without telling anyone - but it returns in second episode. The clarification of the suicide occurs after a few episodes, and is connected directly to Naomi’s girlfriend Emily. The two fight over the betrayal of Naomi, during the season and try to reconcile, while wrong and hurt one another.

Pandora and Thomas are still finished, but everything indicates that they both still love each other very much. Thomas creates a new friendship with Katie, Emily’s twin sister, and this demonstrates feel something for it.Katie, on the other hand, is also undergoing major problems: no Emily at home to support her, she has to deal alone with the fights of their parents, early menopause and a very difficult event for the whole family.Deserted, Emily uses, but its host is not far from one of the best.

JJ Jones does not appear much, but his fans can be very happy: he falls for a girl of his work, Lara, and after some effort can conquer it. You can also say that Lara brings a companion to the newly formed couple.

The one that stands out, as always, is to Effy. After disappearing for a while, she comes back (so triumphant, of course). Confirms her love for Freddie, and the couple finally gets together. James Cook, of course, is not happy with it. Engages in a fight and go to jail. Confesses to being responsible for the death of the girl in the first episode, and their situation worsens rapidly. But Cook is “tough”, and escapes from prison, which leads him to hide from house to house.

Effy, the pair of all this, it gets depressing. This season, we can see Effy most vulnerable, weak, and this may be a surprise to many. Begins to have therapy sessions, but eventually realize that your therapist is crazier than herself. Freddie begins to suffer from any situation and his love for Effy takes you to the edge of your sanity. Freddie dies in the penultimate episode of the plot, panda and thomas end up going to the same college no longer know their fate.

The end is not clear. It is the viewer’s imagination to decide what order.

Fifth Season

On December 16, 2010, the British channel E4 revealed the actors andtheir roles, the third generation. The third generation consists of FrankyFitzgerald (played by actress Dakota Blue Richards), Rich Hardbeck(played by Alexander Arnold), Levan Nick (played by Sean Teale), Matty(played po Sebastian De Souza), Aloysius Creevey (played by WillMerrick ), Liv Malone (played by Laya Lewis), Mini McGuinness (played by Freya Mavor), and Grace Violet (played by Jessica Sula).

Most actors in the third generation, are new on television - with the exception of actress Dakota Blue Richards, who appeared in the film The Golden Compass, 2007

Like the first, fifth season is an introduction to the characters of the newgeneration. Each episode contains a main character (except for Matty,who does not have any episode in any season). In the first episode, we see the newly arrived from Oxford, Franky, who have no friends and has had difficulties in the city. Franky begins his first day at school with some problems and there Alo know, Rich, Nick, Grace, Liv and Mini. At the endof the episode know Matty, without many things to know about it. The season homessexuais focused on relationships, relationship problems between parents and children and friendship. Heavily criticized by fansfor not frequently the topic of sex and drugs, this season is considered the most “clean” of all the seasons of Skins. The season ends with the cast singing the band’s Glockenspiel Song Dog Is Dead
